Brigitte and Christian Lacelle opened LacelleGroup Realty in July 2022 bringing with them
years of experience as REALTORS® and real estate investors. They saw a massive opportunity
in the market, as no other brokerage had an investment-focused approach, which instantly set
them apart in the Sudbury real estate market. When they opened LacelleGroup Realty, they knew it was the perfect companion to Greater
Sudbury Property Management, which was opened by the team in 2019. The investment-focused brokerage has rounded out Brigitte and Christian’s 360-degree approach to investing,
handling nearly every aspect for a real estate transaction for their investors – buying, selling,
leasing and property managing.The team prides themselves on building sustainable wealth for their clients, currently earning
their investor clients over half a million dollars monthly in gross rents, all while managing
hundreds of units on a day-to-day basis.
